A Modesto warehouse is currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as an Inventory Control Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring the availability of products for our customers. As an Inventory Control associate, you will play a crucial role in minimizing errors and maximizing efficiency in our inventory management processes.

Pay rate:$18.00 

Job Schedule: M-F 1st shift 5:00am to 1:30pm some Saturday’s 

Job Duties: • Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies • Develop and implement procedures for inventory control and management • Analyze inventory data to identify trends and make informed decisions on stock levels • Coordinate with warehouse and shipping teams to ensure smooth inventory flow • Investigate and resolve any inventory discrepancies, including conducting root cause analysis • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute inventory improvement initiatives • Cycle counts • Physical Inventory • Inventory Reports 

Job requirements: • High school diploma or equivalent • Proven experience in inventory control or related field • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data accurately • Proficient in using inventory management software and Microsoft Excel • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
