As we continue to grow, our Purchasing and Logistics Assistant will be critical in optimizing our warehouse's purchasing, inventory control, and logistics operations.

Pay Rate: $16-$20/hour (DOE) | Weekly Pay

Schedule (Days and Time): Monday-Friday (8:30am-5:30pm)

Our Purchasing and Logistics Assistant will:

Support procurement process to meet cost-reduction objectives (i.e., Quotation requests, review goods, invoice approval payment, and record-keeping).

Assist with the inventory lifecycle, ensuring optimal stock levels at all times.

Coordinate with suppliers for timely and cost-effective procurement of goods.

Support Point of Sales (POS) transactions, updating systems with shipping details.

Oversee the logistics of incoming and outgoing shipments with accuracy.

Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and other important data.

Job Requirements:

High School Diploma/GED.

Minimum 1 year of experience in a Purchasing role or related, preferably working for a supply chain management or logistics company.

Proficient background in inventory control practices and principles. 

Proficient in data entry and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Ability to balance short and long-term tasks with attention to detail.

Ability to communicate effectively verbally and written.
