Company Overview: 

This company has researched, designed and developed thousands of innovative out-of-home products including cutting-edge digital displays, billboard hardware, and safety equipment.


Shift Schedule:  1st shift  7am to 3:30pm Mon-Fri

Pay: $20 per hour.  

Location: Suwanee

Job Description:  

Summary: Will provide Quality Control support for Digital billboards and control systems.


Job Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Conduct quality check on all digital billboards that will include Production Check, IP Configuration Check/Adjustment, Computer Programming Check, and Spare Parts and Mounting Check.
  • Conduct quality check on control systems that will include Production Check, IP Configuration Check/Adjustment (Data, WPS, CPS, Smartlink, etc.), Computer Programming Check, and Control Box Check.
  • Conduct system quality control inspections requiring setting up computer rack and contacting it to the LED screen and the complete system.  This will require learning and working with various combinations of hardware and software.
  • Address and train production on any problems found during production.
  • Ensure all DBB/LHG products are ready to be crated and shipped.
  • Document all quality checked products and submit paperwork.
  • Communicate with production staff to ensure each board is completed by its deadline.
  • Assist in creating more effective job practices to increase productivity and decrease errors.
  • Restock inventory with repaired products and appropriate documentation.
  • Prepare spare part boxes for shipping.
  • Perform other duties as required.


Education/Experience/Skills:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.  Technical degree a plus.
  • Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment required.
  • Previous quality control experience desired.
  • Previous audio-visual industry experience desired.
  • MS Office proficiency required.
  • Strong computer and networking experience required.
  • Previous CRM experience a plus.
  • Strong organizational and attention to detail skills required.
  • Strong verbal and written skills required.
