Client Services Coordinator
Job Profile Name: Client Services Coordinator (formerly Customer Service Representative)
Schedule: Monday to Friday 7:00AM-3:30PM
Pay Rate: 16.50hr
Summary: The Client Service Coordinator (CSC) is responsible for providing clients with a high quality, professional client experience. The CSC acts as a liaison between the client and Saddle Creek. Duties in this can include assisting client in answering questions, investigations, and resolving concerns. The CSC will use a variety of systems and offers solutions in a positive manner. This position will establish and maintain effective working relationships with associates, other agencies, clients, and the public.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with the operations, client, client retailers, and SCLS vendors verbally and in writing with a professional and positive attitude
- Support client relationship by becoming an extension of our client's business
- Build a strong rapport with partners by managing relationships, setting expectations, and providing status communication
- Assist clients with questions, offer solutions, research issues and provides status updates
- Enter, review, coordinate and track progress in all systems and input issue tracking
- Proactively identify process improvements and streamline operations
- Maintain service reports that are shared with the client that give visibility into volumes, SLAs, etc.
- Participate and present on client meetings as needed
- Communicate client requested projects with the operation (Kitting, Receiving, etc.)
- Support parcel requests and issues from carrier or client
- Oversee CRM and dispatch tickets
- Ability to navigate warehouse systems
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager Qualifications: ? Education | Experience
- High School diploma or GED required
- Six (6) months experience or more in a customer or client facing role
- Associate’s Degree preferred
- Experience with working with a Warehouse Management System (WMS) is preferred ? Knowledge | Skills | Abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, especially through e-mail and over the phone
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Comfortable presenting in front of others
- Good problem solving, conflict resolution, and prioritizing skills
- Attention to detail to prepare and maintain accurate records and reports
- Ability to follow both written and verbal instructions
- Proficiency with technology and experience within Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Comfortable working in office and warehouse environments including non-climate-controlled areas.
