Job Title: Assembly

Pay: $18/hour with Weekly Pay

Schedule (Days and Time): Monday - Friday (7am-3:30pm)

Job Responsibilities:

•  Gathers parts, subassemblies, tools, and materials.
•  Assembles ground anchor components.
• Verifies specifications by measuring completed component.
•  Keeps equipment operational by completing preventive maintenance requirements, following manufacturer’s instructions, troubleshooting malfunctions, and notifying supervisor for repairs.
•  Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with company standards, procedures, policies, and regulations.
•  Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies.
• Completes production and quality forms.
• Follow ERP procedures for login, logout and start/stop production while coordinating with floor supervisor during the process.
• Recognize basic sequence of operations with assistance from supervisor.
• Notify supervisor of major malfunctions or when machine maintenance is needed.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Job requirements:

• Basic reading, writing and arithmetic skills required.
• Manual dexterity required for operating machinery and computers.
•  Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted required.
• Able to stand, walk, bend and twist for at least seven hours per day.
