Customer Service Representative 

Pay rate: 19 PH 

Schedule:  A Shift

Sunday -Wednesday 

6:00 am - 2:30 pm

Job Duties

Other duties as assigned.

 Establish and supervise production scheduling activities in the following ways:

•    Track inventory, the progress of loads, and review factors that affect schedules

•    Daily entering of data and compiling/completing time-sensitive reports 

•    Check drivers in & out throughout the day, print BOLs and outbound details.

•    Obtain the shipper’s release number, destination, and trailer number.

•    Assign doors to drivers.

Provide customer service at all times to customers and visitors in the following ways:

•    Manage customer order handling, inventory control, and material handling functions

•    Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mails, letters, packages, etc.).

•    Assisting with inquiries and problem resolution

•    Prepare customer delivery reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends and using information 

        to proactively communicate with customers

Identify, develop, and manage effective relationships with existing and potential suppliers of goods and services to meet the established cost, quality, and delivery targets.

Work Environment:  

•    This position works in a warehouse environment.

•    The noise level is usually moderate to loud.    

•    Our workplace is a drug-free work environment.

Requirements:

•    High school diploma, GED, or equivalent

•    Spanish preferred

•    1 year of related work experience 

•    Logistics background 

Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
