Partners Personnel is now hiring forklift operators for full-time employment at a local cold storage warehouse. If you are looking for a team-oriented environment where good performance and attendance are rewarded and there are opportunities for advancement, then this may be the job for you!

Fast-paced, physical position that gets you up and moving. Operate forklift truck equipment to pick cases and pallets in a warehouse.

Pick, pull, and move whole pallets of products while operating a forklift while following all regulatory and company safety standards, policies, and procedures. Place materials to be staged and put away in a cold storage warehouse environment.

Shifts & Pay

• 1st Shift: Monday - Friday 6AM - 3:30PM ($19.50hr.) DOE

 KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Safely and quickly operate sit down forklifts, pallet jacks, and tuggers to move inbound and outbound product
• Loading and unloading trailers with forklift and by hand
• Palletizing, labeling, banding inbound and outbound product
• Use RF Scanner and SAP system to document product movement
• Work in a fast-paced team environment
• Accurate recordkeeping and inventory documentation
• Load and unload product by hand when needed lifting up to 50 lbs.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES)

• Ability to work in temperatures as low as -20 Fahrenheit/-25 Celsius in cold storage sites while wearing company provided personal protective equipment and freezer gear.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 40 lbs., weight may be more dependent upon facility.
• Must be comfortable with various noise levels, at times, can be loud.
