Company Overview: 

It is a leading raw materials trading company that ensures just in time supplies to its customers worldwide. The product range includes coal, coke, special ores, alloys, metals, minerals and industrial gases, as well as energy servies.

Shift Schedule: 1^st shift 7am to 3:30pm (2 Saturdays per month)

Pay: $19 to $20/hr

Location: Kennesaw, GA

Job Description: 

• • Operate press brake machine

  • Run bend and forming operations using standard and custom punches, dies, and tooling.

  • Use a CNC controller to input information into machine.

  • Adjust ram and back gauge locations per process control instructions and blueprints.

  • Check height, depth, thickness using micrometers, dial calipers, calipers, gauges.

  • Perform complex programming using all features of the press brake.

  • Work with tight tolerances.

  • Read drawings and blueprints.

  • Perform spot inspection of parts.

  • Configure bend allowances for sheet metal (Copper, aluminum, Tin , silver plated )
