We are currently hiring a Mixer Associate for Henderson area code 89113.

Shift Schedule: Monday to Friday from 2:30PM-1:00AM

Pay Rate: $15.50/hr. 

Health Card is required for this position. 

POSITION RESPONSABILITIES: 

1. Stage ingredients are called for by product formula ingredients at specified mixing time and temperature. 

2. Monitor product temperature during the staging and mixing process. Add ingredients in the order specified by the formula to obtain desired characteristics. 3. Visually and physically verify the texture of the dough to assure targeted texture characteristics.

 4. Assure when specifications allow for product rework that it is incorporated back into the mix following guidelines for rework usage. 5. Document rework usage accurately.

6. Must lift up to 50 pound ingredient bags onto the work area. 

7. Must scoop and weigh ingredients following the batch sheet. 

8. Verify weight scales are functioning accurately. 

9. Maintain mixing equipment clean and sanitize. Identify batch containers accurately and weigh as required.

10. Maintain coolers' organization and cleanliness. Verify that all ingredients are properly labeled and identified while in the staging area. 

11. Keep mixing and scaling areas clean and organized at all times. 

12. Ensure batch documents are completed at the end of the shift and placed in their designated place.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS: 

Regularly required to stand, walk, bend, and lift; use hands and fingers to handle or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to sit, reach above shoulders, climb stairs; balance; stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl; talk or hear; taste or smell. The employee must lift and/or move objects up to 50 pound.
